Gideon Tahan, Founder, Chairman and CEO
Gideon comes from the fields of cable telephony and wireless technology, having founded and led Gadline, a cable telephony start-up that was sold to U.S. cable modem manufacturer COM21 in 1999, for $93 million. Gideon brings to SerVision a wealth of knowledge and experience in market penetration strategies, and an in-depth familiarity with cellular networks and wireless technology.
Gidon is on the Audit Committe and the Remuneration Committee.
Eitan Yanuv, Finance Director
As Chief Financial Officer Eitan has extensive experience in business development, financial management and budget planning. He served as the head of consulting and investment banking at Ernst & Young and also worked as a senior consultant at the Cardinal I.G. Consulting Firm, and CEO of the Reidman Group.
Eitan is on the Audit Committe and the Remuneration Committee. The Audit commitee has primary responsibility for monitoring the quality of internal control and ensuring that the financial performance is properly measured and reported.
Chaim Levy, Non-Executive Director & Chairman of the Audit Committee & Remuneration Committee
Chaim is a part owner of Rahi (Fasaj Capital), a mexican company engaged mainly in real estate. Chaim had previously been involved in the management of several businesses in real estate, textile manufacturing and distribution in Mexico. Chaim is the Chairman of both the Audit and Remuneration Committee. The Remuneration Committee determines the terms and conditions of service of directors and senior management, including the remuneration and grant of options to directors and senior management.
Lavie Zuckerman, General Manager, SerVision Inc. and North America Sales & Marketing Director
Lavie is an accomplished new business development executive for technical instrumentation in safety and security markets. He served with large U.S. corporations, as director of business development at Zellweger Analytics - unit of Honeywell, and product group manager at Mine Safety Appliances - MSA. Lavie has also served as general manager of U.S. business units and U.S. based subsidiaries of European companies. Lavie has deep understanding of market applications, and has an exceptional record for business sales and profit growth. He has developed trust and long lasting relationships with customers, end-users and sales partners.
Dmitry Kravtsov, VP of Research & Development
With years of industry experience as a leading developer of wireless data service solutions for international cellular providers, including Hellotech, a mobile e-commerce and telemetry solutions provider, Dmitry manages SerVision’s product development and integration activities.
