             SerVision agrees distribution deals in USA and France

SerVision Plc, the AIM listed leading developer and manufacturer of digital
security systems, is pleased to announce that it has signed distribution
agreements in both France and the USA with a combined total value to the Company
of over $700,000 in the first full year.

In France, the Company has agreed terms with the distributor MPLC to deliver
$400k of SerVision products by the end of the calendar year, whereby SerVision
will provide its entire range of SVG, IVG and HVG equipment as well as the
necessary technical training and operational assistance, concentrating on its
three core markets - commercial, transportation and residential.

In the USA, a similar deal has been agreed with SGI Ltd with a value of $300k to
SerVision over an initial twelve month period.

Gidon Tahan, SerVision's Chairman and CEO, commented: "We are delighted with
