175 Public Buses across Rio de Janeiro to be Protected by SerVision's
                           Mobile Surveillance System

SerVision Plc, the AIM listed leading developer and manufacturer of digital
security systems, is pleased to announce that it has received an order from
Salineira Ltd of Brazil to equip a fleet of 175 public buses spanning seven
cities in the state of Rio de Janeiro with IVG mobile video surveillance
systems. The order is worth approximately $325,000.

Salineira is part of the Jacob Barata Group, a major transportation company that
operates 3,500 buses in Brazil, and another 225 in Portugal. Salineira is the
only public bus operator in the cities of Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo, Armacao
dos Buzios, Araruama, Iguaba Grande and Saquarema.

The IVG system to be installed on Salineira's buses uses a narrowband (cellular)
network to stream high-quality live video to security personnel in a control
centre, and to mobile devices such as cellular phones, PDAs and laptops. The
system can be automatically programmed to send alerts whenever a potential
security breach has been detected, and is GPS-supported so that third parties
can easily track the location of the vehicle. Each bus will be equipped with a
mobile video gateway and two cameras.

Jonas Garcia, the IT Manager for Salineira, said: "We piloted a demo unit for
four months and are now convinced that the IVG system will enhance security on
our bus lines. If this project is as successful as we envisage, there is a
strong possibility that the system will be installed on other buses owned by the
Jacob Barata Group."

Gidon Tahan, SerVision's Chairman and CEO, commented: "Servision's IVG
transmission of live video from moving platforms is the highest quality
available over cellular networks and the implications for the worldwide
transportation market are far reaching. With companies able to monitor their
fleets in real time from a remote destination we believe that this will lead to
a massive reduction in both corporate and individual crime. We are delighted to
be working with Salineira and remain optimistic about future growth."
