Gideon Tahan, Founder, Chairman & CEO
   

Gideon comes from the fields of cable telephony and wireless technology, having founded and led Gadline, a cable telephony start-up that was sold to U.S. cable modem manufacturer COM21 in 1999, for $93 million. Gideon brings to SerVision a wealth of knowledge and experience in market penetration strategies, and an in-depth familiarity with cellular networks and wireless technology. Gideon is on the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

   
Eitan Yanuv, Finance Director 
   
 

As Chief Financial Officer Eitan has extensive experience in business development, financial management and budget planning. He served as the head of consulting and investment banking at Ernst & Young and also worked as a senior consultant at the Cardinal I.G. Consulting Firm, and CEO of the Reidman Group. Eitan is on the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. The Audit committee has primary responsibility for monitoring the quality of internal control and ensuring that the financial performance is properly measured and reported.

   
Tamir Alush, Managing Director - SerVision Inc. (USA)
  
Tamir Alush 

Tamir joined SerVision in 2006 after serving for 6 years in the Israeli Navy where, among other things, he oversaw the migration of the Army's HR database to the first SAP platform ever used by the Military. Tamir's early success in Sales in the European and Chinese markets facilitated his promotion to Head of Business Development and then to Managing Director of SerVision Inc., where he manages all of SerVision's operations in the United States. Tamir is an accomplished business development executive and possesses in-depth understanding of market applications in the security and communications industries.

   
Brett Schor, Senior Director of Business Development
  

Brett oversees SerVision's Business Development strategies and Sales campaigns for markets outside of Israel. Brett has a professional background in media and public relations, and has held Public Affairs positions on Capitol Hill and at the Embassy of Israel in Washington, DC. In these capacities, he was responsible for lobbying on behalf of the Israeli Government and for spearheading strategic media campaigns for non-governmental US and international political organizations. Brett served for one year at the North American desk of the Israel Defense Forces' Spokesperson's Unit prior to joining SerVision in 2007. Brett received his Master's Degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2006.

   
Dror Heller, VP of R&D
  

Dror brings with him over 20 years of experience in design, development and management of embedded software projects. He specializes in video server development over various platforms, codec development and optimization, media streaming over challenging networks, signal processing, and design of SW/HW systems. Dror joined SerVision in 2003, and also manages the DSP development team. Before joining SerVision he worked for four years at Digital5, a leading manufacturer of MP3 players and home entertainment equipment. Dror has a B.Sc. in mathematics and computer sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

   
Yaniv Ben Gigi, VP Operations and Chief Hardware Engineer
  

Yaniv manages both purchasing and production for SerVision, and is responsible for the system hardware design of all SerVision products. He has over 15 years of experience designing and developing microcontrollers and systems based on Texas Instruments Digital Signal Processors (DSPs). Prior to joining SerVision in 2003, Yaniv worked as a hardware engineer for two different companies where he was responsible for the design of cable modem systems and optical amplification systems. Yaniv served for three years as a technician in the Israeli Air Force, and holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the Ariel University Center of Samaria.
